Filet Mignon is the finest cut of beef tenderloin served with a cabernet mushroom sauce.

Georgia on My Mind 
Prime Rib - the "King of Beef" roasted to perfection and hand-carved in our kitchen topped with au jus and served with horseradish sauce.

London Broil
Beef marinated and slow roasted to perfection, then sliced and topped with a mushroom demi-glaze.

Promenade 
Freshly Roasted Top Sirloin of Beef, specially seasoned by our Chef, thinly sliced and served in its natural juices.
