The Inert Landfill accepts grass clippings, limbs, leaves, trees, stumps, land clearing, dirt, rocks, bricks, concrete and cured asphalt.
Waste is accepted ONLY from Muscogee County and is billed at $14.00 PER TON (0.7¢ PER POUND). Residents (only) may deposit up to 2,000 pounds per load free of charge.
Extra tonnage is billed at $14.00 PER TON. The site operates a mulcher suitable for grinding most of the waste as part of the City's Recycling Program and provides residents access to mulch free of charge
