Naccrra - is a program that offers subsidiary assistance in Childcare for any dependants of active military and or Army DOD civilians that attend our programs. The fee assistance is given on a monthly basis while the child is in attendance with our program. Families eligible for ASPYN fee assistance include active duty and deployed Army National Guard and Army Reserve families and Army civilian employees. To be eligible, spouses must be working, looking for work or in school at least part time. All families who meet these criteria and enroll for care at an active ASPYN program are eligible to apply for fee assistance through the Third Party Contractor for fee assistance. CAPS - The Childcare and Parent Services (CAPS) program is designed to help low income families afford safe quality childcare. Families must be a resident of Georiga and apply for the CAPS program in the county where they live. The CAPS program can subsidize the cost of child care for children who are US citizens for legal residents and under age 13.
