Holiday Service Schedule

The Columbus Consolidated Government will alter or suspend all services on Thursday, Nov. 28, and Friday Nov. 29, 2013. This is with the exception of emergency services such as fire, police, and ambulance.

Below is the garbage collection schedule for the week of November 24, 2013. Normal garbage and recycling pickup will resume on Monday, December 1, 2013.

Other altered or suspended services:

• Metra bus service: Will be suspended Thursday Nov.27, 2013. Saturday's Schedule will be operational for Friday and Saturday.
• Landfills:
  • Granite Bluff: Will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27, 28, 29, &30.
  • Pine Grove: Will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27, 28, 29, &30.
  • Oxbow Meadows: Will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27, 28, 29, &30.
• Animal Control will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28, & 29.
• Recorder's Court: Closed Thursday;
  Friday 8am court; Saturday Regular sessions.

All regular services and normal hours of operation will resume on Monday, Dec. 1, 2013.
