Holiday Service Schedule

The Columbus Consolidated Government will alter or suspend all services on Monday, January 20, 2014. This is with the exception of emergency services such as fire, police, and ambulance.

Below is the garbage collection schedule for the week of January 20, 2014. Normal garbage and recycling pickup will resume on Thursday, January 23, 2014.

Other altered or suspended services:

• Metra bus service: Will be suspended on Monday January 20, 2014.
• Landfills:
  • Granite Bluff: Will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2014.
  • Pine Grove: Will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2014.
  • Oxbow Meadows: Will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2014.
• Animal Control: Will be closed Monday, January 20, 2014.
• Recorder's Court: Monday January 20, 2014 8:00am Session, Only. Regular court sessions will resume the next day.

All regular services and normal hours of operation will resume on Tuesday, January 21, 2014, with the exception of garbage collection. Normal garbage collection will resume on Thursday, January 23, 2014.
