Holiday Service Schedule

The Columbus Consolidated Government will alter or suspend all services on Monday, October 8, 2012. This is with the exception of emergency services such as fire, police, and ambulance.

Below is the garbage collection schedule for the week of October 7, 2012. Normal garbage and recycling pickup will resume on Thursday Oct. 11, 2012.

Other altered or suspended services:

• Metra bus service will follow Saturday's Schedule.  Offices will be closed.
• Landfills:
  • Granite Bluff: Will be closed on Monday, October 8, 2012.
  • Pine Grove: Will be closed on Monday, October 8, 2012.
  • Oxbow Meadows: Will be closed Monday, October 8, 2012.
• Animal Control: Wwill be closed Monday, October 8, 2012.
• Recorder's Court: TBA

All regular services and normal hours of operation will resume on Tuesday, October 09, 2012, with the exception of garbage collection. Normal garbage collection will resume on Thursday, October 11, 2012.
