The Learning Center is committed to ensuring that adequate learning and development opportunities are available to CCG employees by providing specialized skill training, with a high level of professionalism and suitable facilitation.

The Columbus Consolidated Government’s I.C.P. (Internal Certification Program) is designed to develop and enhance employees talents, abilities and advancement potential by increasing their knowledge of the technical, cultural and day to day functional aspects of local government administration.

Certification - Level I |

Level I certification focuses on the fundamental principles of employees becoming engaged in learning modules relative to developing their technical skills. This certification program is designed to prepare the employee for the high level of technical proficiency required to manage and operate effectively within the organization. |

Customer Service Program explores communication, customer service, computer, and the essential business skills necessary to provide world-class customer service.
