On March 4, 2010 the Muscogee County Board of Elections approved a precinct consolidation plan that will reduce the number of voting precincts from 48 to 28.

Pending approval from the United States Department of Justice, the Board of Elections has created a proposed precinct map and is asking for input from the citizens of Columbus, Georgia. The proposed precinct map and a list of proposed precinct addresses are below.
