Qualifying Information for Mayor

To qualify for Mayor, you must:

Reside in the county for at least two years (Moving out of county during term will forfeit your term)

Be a registered voter

Be 25 years old

Pay $2,275 qualifying fee

Qualifying Information for City Council

To qualify for Council, you must:

Reside in the county for at least two years

Reside in the district for at least one year

Be a registered voter

Be 21 years old

Pay $420 qualifying fee

Qualifying Information for School Board

To qualify for School Board, you must:

Reside in the county for at least one year

Reside in the district for at least six months

Be a registered voter

Be 21 years old

Pay $360 qualifying fee

To qualify for School Board, you cannot be:

Employed by or serving on the governing board of any private educational body or institution

Employed by the local board of education and be on the same board

Employed by either the State Department of Education or the State Board of Education.

Partisans:
April 26, 2010 @ 9:00 A.M. - April 30, 2010 @ 12:00 P.M.

Non-Partisans:
June 28, 2010 @ 9:00 A.M. - July 2, 2010 @ 12:00 P.M.
