311 Online Service Request FormYou may use the 311 Online Service Request Form for any non-emergency services. A request can be made for a variety of city services including potholes, street lights, drainage problems, missed garbage pickup, etc. The information will be sent to the 311 Citizens Service Center.

City Council Meeting VideoDid you miss the last City Council Meeting? Stay informed by viewing the latest council meeting online at your leisure. The video is in Windows Media Player Format, and requires broadband internet access due to large file size.
GIS Maps (of Columbus)The Geographic Information Systems Division of Engineering has created a wide array of maps of Columbus containing valuable information. GIS has maps of school districts, voting precincts, garbage pickup, and much more. GIS also offers interactive maps that can be searched by address, owner name or parcel identification number.
Pay METRA Parking TicketMETRA now allows citizens to pay their parking tickets online. To pay your ticket online you will need your parking citation, license plate number or VIN, and an American Express, MasterCard, or VISA card. Citations are not available for online payment until the day after issuance.

Registered Sex Offenders DatabaseThe Muscogee County Sheriff's Office has established a registered sex offenders database called OffenderWatch®. OffenderWatch® is used to manage and monitor the whereabouts of registered offenders in Muscogee County. OffenderWatch® provides the most accurate and timely information available.
Most Wanted Suspects DatabaseThis database lists Muscogee County's Wanted Suspects/Fugitives. If you have any information concerning any of these individuals, contact the Muscogee County Sheriff's Office at (706) 653-4225.
