HOW DO YOU QUALIFY? If you are unemployed, underemployed, or have been laid off due to plant closures, mass layoffs, or other effects of the changing economy, we may be able to assist you. You, however, must meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines, and age restrictions for the local workforce area.
